Plain-language terms for the auction. Have a lawyer look these over before you go live.
What is being sold
Twelve printed patch placements on one pair of shorts, six on the front and six on the back, worn in public for 90 days from the start of the run. Nothing is sold on the waistband. Winning a spot also gets you a logo and link on this page for the same period.
Bids and deposits
Placing a bid charges a 20% deposit (minimum $10). The deposit is what holds the bid. There is no maximum bid and no limit on how many times you may bid. If you are outbid, the deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method. If you win, it counts towards the total and the balance is due within 7 days of the invoice. Bids are binding until outbid or until the auction closes.
Approval
Every brand is reviewed by hand. Adhrit may decline any brand for any reason, in which case the deposit is refunded in full and the spot returns to the auction. Adult, gambling, hate, weapons, and deceptive-financial brands are not accepted.
What is not promised
No impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, or return of any kind are guaranteed. What is guaranteed is that the patch is printed and the shorts are worn in public for the days stated. If the garment is damaged or lost, a replacement pair carries the same patches for the remainder of the run.
Artwork
You keep all rights to your logo and grant permission to print and display it for the length of the run, including in photos and video published about the project. Supply print-ready artwork (SVG, or a transparent PNG 1000px or wider) within 7 days of winning.
Refunds and cancellation
Deposits are refunded in full when you are outbid, when a brand is declined, or if the run does not start. Once your patch is printed and the run has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are never seen or stored by this site. All charges settle in US dollars; any other currency shown is a conversion for reference only.
